During the period from Feb 1999 to August 2004 Failla Moreland Real Estate & Moreland Real Estate grew very rapidly thus forcing Failla Moreland to relocate from a small shop in Coburg to a double retail premises in Brunswick at 594 - 596 Sydney Road, Brunswick and therefore becoming the new home of Failla Hume Moreland Real Estate when the new offices were officially opened Mr Paul Failla was received by the clientele he has proudly served over the years with utmost respect due to his diligence, honesty & professional attitude together with his personal motivation striving for new goals. The office of Failla Hume Moreland Real Estate at 594 & 596 Sydney Rd , Brunswick was officially opened on the 8th August 2004 by the Federal member for Wills the Honourable Mr Kelvin Thomson MP. The member for Brunswick the Hon. Carlo Carli MP. The Mayor of Hume , Councillor Mohammed Abbouche & the Mayor of Moreland Councillor Anthony Helou.
